Bloom Technology is an Australian-owned and operated business. All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
By clicking on “Pay Now” on completion of checkout, you are agreeing to purchase the items added to your cart at the entire Total price specified with acceptance of our trading terms and conditions specified on this page, along with the conditions outlined in our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.
This process binds you to a contractual agreement with Bloom Technology whereby payment will be made by the selected method in the Payment Information stage of the check out process.
If you elect to pay via Bank Deposit, please ensure that the deposit is made within 4 business days from the order date. If payment is not made, goods will not be shipped and the order will be cancelled.
If for whatever reason any goods ordered are not available, you will be contacted by a Bloom Technology representative within 2 business days of purchase. A customer will be offered a choice of a complete refund of the purchase costs or alternative arrangements such as partial refund or exchange. Our representative will work together with you to achieve the best outcome possible.
In addition, while we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Limitation of Liability
Bloom Technology and Orange Mod Works, Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Bloom Technology and Orange Mod Works, Inc. have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any item may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. However, you are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways). Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund, including shipping costs.

Please note the grace period for shipments below:
Domestic: 10 business days after shipment
International: 24 business days after shipment
If the grace period has passed on your order and you still have not received it, please contact us via email (email@example.com) and we’ll arrange for a reshipment, refund, or another solution on an individual case-by-case basis. If the grace period has not yet passed, we ask that you wait and thank you for your patience.
